One of the biggest benefits I’ve experienced is improved consistency and regularity—within just a few days of taking it daily, I felt lighter, less bloated, and more “in rhythm.” It’s also great knowing that it helps support heart health by lowering cholesterol, which makes it more than just a basic fiber supplement. That said, there are a couple of small things that keep this from being a full 5-star product: 1. Texture and mixing – Even when stirred thoroughly, the powder tends to thicken quickly and can become a bit gelatinous if you don’t drink it immediately.
